Boxford Homes of the Revolution House Tour

In celebration of America's 250th Anniversary, the Boxford Historic Document Center and the Boxford Historical Society have come together to present the Boxford Homes of the Revolution House Tour!

This is a rare opportunity to explore a selection of pre-1776 historic homes in Boxford that were standing during the time of the Revolutionary War, and see how they have been preserved and how they have changed through generations of owners. 

Participants will be able to view the houses in small groups led by the homeowner, with assistance by volunteers. Historical information and old photographs of each house will be provided by the Boxford Historic Document Center. Hear the stories of the people who lived in these houses and see what makes each one unique! Light refreshments will be provided on the tour.
